Europe’s Leadership Consortium in Cardiac Safety & Care
Across Europe, frontline diagnostics still miss too many hidden or mistriaged cardiac conditions. To change this, we are forming an elite Horizon Europe 2025–funded consortium of leading hospitals, sports medicine clinics, and emergency departments — institutions ready to set the next benchmark in cardiac safety and triage.
This consortium will drive two landmark, multi-centre clinical studies, both powered by a novel AI-enabled ECG + Echo tool — delivering echo-grade insight at the speed and simplicity of an ECG.
Study 1: Athlete Screening
Protecting young hearts before it’s too late
We are inviting a select circle of hospitals and sports medicine clinics to join Europe’s most ambitious athlete screening programme.
Current ECG-based screening leaves up to 50% of at-risk athletes undiagnosed. Our innovation unites ECG and echocardiography in a single, rapid test — enabling early risk detection, safeguarding athletes, and preventing sudden cardiac tragedies.

Study 2: Emergency Cardiac Triage
Redefining decision-making in Europe’s ERs
We are also recruiting a limited number of emergency departments to take part in a landmark, real world RCT.
In pilot use, this approach showed that up to 40% of suspected cardiac cases (without heart attack) were more accurately triaged:
- True cardiac cases fast-tracked to urgent cardiac protocols
- Non-cardiac cases safely redirected to more appropriate pathways
