Across Europe, Emergency Department Cardiac teams face rising challenges in detecting and triaging hidden cardiac conditions fast enough to save lives. To change this, a Horizon Europe 2025–funded initiative is uniting leading emergency medicine teams to set a new benchmark in acute cardiac care and triage.
This program will drive two landmark, multi-centre clinical studies, powered by a novel AI-enabled ECG + Echo diagnostic tool — delivering echo-grade cardiac insight at the speed and simplicity of an ECG, directly at the emergency department frontline.

We are inviting a select group of emergency departments to join a Horizon Europe 2025–funded, real-world clinical trial that’s redefining frontline cardiac care.
In pilot studies, this innovative approach improved triage accuracy by up to 40% among patients with suspected cardiac symptoms (without heart attack):
- True cardiac cases fast-tracked to urgent cardiac protocols
- Non-cardiac cases safely redirected to more appropriate pathways
