Return & Refund Policy

1. Devices – One-Time Purchase
Our diagnostic devices are sold as business-to-business (B2B) medical technology solutions. Once the product is delivered, it becomes the property of the buyer.
We accept return requests within 7 calendar days of delivery only in the event of:
Damage during shipping (with proof)
Delivery of the wrong product
To request a return, please contact us at info@cardiophoenix.com before sending the product back. Items returned without prior notice or approval will not be accepted.
Returned devices must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Shipping costs for approved returns are borne by the buyer, unless the return is due to our error.
2. Annual Subscription Renewals
Annual software or system access subscriptions (e.g., Cardio-HART platform access) are non-refundable once activated.
Renewal notices will be sent in advance. By continuing to use the platform after the renewal date, you accept the renewal and its terms.
3. Replacement Parts & Accessories
Accessories and spare parts (e.g., cables, sensors) may be returned within 14 days of delivery, only if:
The item is unused
The packaging is unopened
The return is requested and approved via email beforehand
Items damaged due to improper handling or installation are not eligible for return.
4. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, refunds are issued via the original payment method within 10 business days.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not comply with our policy.
